Biscoitos Nesfit Caseiro Saudável

Ingredients
Directions
- Derreta o chocolate no microondas ou em banho-maria.
- Acrescente a farinha de aveia no chocolate derretido, vá mexendo até virar uma farofa.
- Acrescente o leite aos poucos para dar ponto, não pode ficar muito molhado, precisa parecer uma massa de biscoito mesmo, firme, mas maleável.
- Adicione aveia em flocos e nozes.
- Abra a massa sobre a mesa, corte em quadrados com uma faca ou use tampas de garrafas ou potes para modelar.
- Coloque na airfryer a 180°C por cerca de 10-15 minutos (continue observando).
- Rende 36 porções com 4g (produto sem assar). Após assado, perde cerca de 1g por biscoito na pesagem.
