- Измельчённые лук и морковь обжариваем на оливковом масле.
- Рыбку укладываем в сотейник, добавляя нашу обжарку. Томатную пасту разводим водой, добавляем соль и перец, и заливаем соусом нашу рыбку.
- Готовим рыбку 30-40 минут, за 10 минут до готовности кидаем лавровый лист. Готовое блюдо украшаем укропом. Приятного аппетита.
