Тефтели из Курицы и Брокколи

Вкусные и сочные тефтели. На обед.

Directions

  1. Куриное филе измельчаем в фарш.
  2. В комбайне мелко рубим брокколи и лук, смешиваем с куриным фаршем, белко и желтком.
  3. Солим, перчим, добавляем специи по вкусу.
  4. Мокрыми руками формируем тефтели, выкладываем их на выстланный фольгой и смазанный маслом противень.
  5. Заливаем водой (совсем немного, примерно на четверть) и запекаем при 200 градусах примерно 25 минут.
