Чечевица с Куриной Печенью

Directions

  1. Чечевицу отварить минут 20 в подсоленной воде. До полуготовности.
  2. Куриную печень и лук обжарить на сковороде без масла. Минут 10. Добавить отварную чечевицу. Все смешать. Посолить. Добавить специи по вкусу. залить водой. Тушить до готовности минут 10-15.
