- Смешать овсяные хлопья, казеин, корицу.
- Добавить творог, желток и белок.
- Все ингредиенты тщательно перемешать.
- Противень выстилаем фольгой, кисточкой смазываем буквально парой капель масла. Мокрыми руками формируем печенье и выкладываем на противень. Выпекать при 200-200 градусов до золотистого цвета- минут 25-30.
