Белковый Рулет

Необычным и вкусным рецептом.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Яйцо, белок и молоко взбить.
  2. Приготовить омлет на раскаленной антипригарной сковороде, без масла.
  3. Куриную грудку нарезать на очень мелкие кубики, либо измельчить блендером в фарш.
  4. Лук очистить, болгарский перец вымыть и обсушить. Нарезать все мелкими кубиками.
  5. Сковороду с антипригарным покрытием нагреть, в небольшом количестве воды потушить лук, курицу и болгарский перец с добавлением прованских трав, перца и соли до готовности.
  6. На омлет положить начинку из курицы с овощами и скрутить его в рулет.
