Directions
- Meng de gist met de suiker en het warme water.
- Doe de bloem in een kom met het zout en de olijfolie en roer het gistmengsel erdoor.
- Kneed goed door en laat een uurtje rijzen.
- Verdeel in 10 stukken en druk elk stuk plat.
- Bak in een hete pan met anti-aanbaklaag aan beide kanten tot ze geroosterd zijn.
