Minestrone Léger

Plat chaud et peu calorique.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dans une marmite avec de l'huile, faire revenir les légumes pendant 5 minutes puis ajouter 60 ml d'eau.
  2. Ajouter le cube de bouillon et 1,5 litre d'eau. Laisser mijoter à couvert pendant 30 minutes.
  3. Cuire le poulet dans une casserole séparée avec de l'eau jusqu'à ce que la viande devienne blanche. Déchiqueter à l'aide d'une fourchette et réserver.
  4. Ajouter la pâte de tomate et la sauce pesto au bouillon. Bien mélanger et poursuivre la cuisson 10 minutes.
  5. Ajouter le poulet effiloché et remuer.
  6. Servir chaud dans un bol.
