Грудка индейка, тушеная с помидором, аджики и сливками.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Грудку индейки порезать, обжарить на оливковом масле (можно без масла) до золотистого цвета.
  2. Помидор мелко порезать, добавить к индейке. Положить столовую ложку аджики (либо второй помидор и слегка поперчить).
  3. Добавить воду и сливки (можно менее жирные). Посолить по вкусу. Тушить под крышкой около 20 минут.
