Kana-Mantelikeitto

Keltainen espanjalainen keitto kanasta, perunasta ja manteleista.

Directions

  1. Yksi paketti (800 g) broilerin ohut fileitä. Leikkaa kuutioiksi ja mausta suolalla ja valkopippurilla. Kuori ja paloittele perunat ja sipuli.
  2. Paahda manteleita (60g) ja kaksi valkosipulin kynttä pannulla, kunnes hieman paahtuvat. Kaada muoviastiaan, lisää noin desi vettä ja soseuta pieneksi.
  3. Paista broilerifileet ja sipuli kattilassa, lisää nesteeksi sitruunan mehu. Kun valmis, lisää perunat, soseutetut mantelit ja loput vedet. Lisätä myös kanaliemi, kuivattua persiljaa sekä pari laakerinlehteä. Keitä kypsäksi. Valmiiseen keittoon voi lisätä lisää sitruunamehua. Keittoon laitetaan myös keltaista väriainetta (colorante) antamaan keitolle ominainen keltainen väri. Jos omistat sahramia, sekin käy.
