Роллы из Лаваша с Лососём

Великолепной альтернативой обычным бутербродам.

Directions

  1. Замариновать лосось в лимонном соку и специях, отварить 2 яйца, натереть сыр и яйца на тёрке, нарезать зелень (укроп, петрушка, лук).
  2. Разделить лист лаваша на столе, промазать лист плавленым сыром тонким слоем, полосками разложить на лаваш ингредиенты.
  3. Скрутить плотно "колбаской", завернуть в пищевую плёнку, дать настояться 20-30 минут, нарезать кругляшками 3-5 см. Приятного аппетита.
