Berinjela ao Forno

Berinjela simples para jantar com pouco carboidrato.

Directions

  1. Cortar uma berinjela no comprimento deixar 5 minutos de molho na água com um pouco de sal.
  2. Retire um pouco do miolo e acrescente a carne moída refogada e por cima coloque o molho de tomate pronto distribua o queijo parmesão ralado por ultimo em cima do molho.
  3. Leve ao forno por + - 10 minutos até a berinjela ficar macia e o queijo dar uma gratinada.

Complementando a receita... o ideal é deixar coberto com alumínio nos primeiros 10 minutos para q a beringela cozinhe. Coloque o queijo só depois disso para não grudar no alumínio.
