Peixe no Forno

Sobre a receita: Esse peixe vai ao forno e é super fácil de fazer.

Directions

  1. Coloque em um refratário os filés já temperados e jogue por cima o molho, o requeijão e leite de coco já misturados.
  2. Molho: coloque o leite gelado no liquidificador e ligue no modo lento. Coloque o óleo de modo que vai saindo um fio e misturando com o leite com o liquidificador ligado, bata ate ficar um creme homogênio. Depois coloque o orégano a gosto, sal a gosto e 3 dentes de alho bata por alguns segundos e esta pronto.
  3. Leve ao forno por 20 minutos e sirva em seguida, sirva com salada.
