- Se pican los champiñones en cubos o rebanadas, la lechuga y la espinaca se cortan en julianas no muy delgadas.
- En una sartén de teflón con tapa, se colocan todas las verduras picadas y se tapa para dejarse cocer al vapor de 15 a 20 min.
