Warme Witlof met Peer en Kip

Salade boordevol vitaminen en bouwstoffen.

  1. Snijd de onderkant van de witlof en snijd de struikjes in de lengte in dunne repen. Halveer de peren, verwijder het klokhuis en schil ze. Snijd de peren in blokjes en besprenkel met citroensap om verkleuren te voorkomen.
  2. Bestrooi de kipreepjes met de kipkruiden. Verhit de olie in een wok en roerbak de kipreepjes 4 minuten. Voeg de bosui toe en roerbak nog 1-2 minuten.
  3. Voeg de witlof toe en roerbak de groente tot ze iets begint te slinken. Schep de dressing en de peren er doorheen laat in nog 1-2 minuten warm worden.
