Directions
- Банан размять вилкой.
- Сухофрукты крупные разрезать.
- Залить сухофрукты кипятком на 15 мин.
- Обсушить сухофрукты и смешать со всеми ингредиентами.
- Вымешать тщательно, и выложить на противень застеленный пергаментом, разровнять в пласт толщиной примерно 2см.
- Выпекать в духовке 20 минут при 180°С.
- Дать остыть и нарезать на батончики.
