Pollo con Zanahoria y Pimiento Rojo
Tiras de pollo con zanahoria y pimiento rojo.

Directions
- En el sartén caliente agregar las tiras de pollo con pimienta, cuando empiecen a ponerse blanquitas voltear (sin agregar aceite).
- Agregar el medio tomate en rodajas y las ramitas de cilantro finamente picado y tapar completamente unos minutos.
- Agregar las zanahoria en rajas y volver a tapar completamente.
- Por último agregar el pimiento rojo (en rajas) y revolver todo. Tapar. Cuando la zanahoria este a su gusto, apagar.
