Ce gâteau bol est moelleux, facile à préparer et sans gluten.

Directions

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bol allant au micro-ondes, ajouter le chocolat râpé et en laisser pour une utilisation ultérieure.
  2. Mettre à cuire 4min aux micro ondes à pleine puissance.
  3. Mettre à refroidir à température ambiante avant de démouler.
  4. Servir garni de chocolat râpé et de fruits de la passion, si désiré.
