Tortilla de Acelga

Tortilla de acelga rica, nutritiva, llenadora y con pocas calorías.

  1. Lavar bien un ato de acelga, picarla en trozos. En un bowl añadir los huevos, harina y aliños a gusto (no poner aceite).
  2. Revolver bien los ingredientes, alcanzan para dos tortillas medianas. En una sartén, ojalá anti-adherente para gastar menos aceite, añadir unas gotitas de aceite (se puede usar aceite en spray) dejar calentar un poco para que se esparza bien en la sartén.
  3. Echar la mitad del preparado en la sartén y preocuparnos de que quede bien hecha por ambos lados, mejor si es a fuego lento para que se cocine por dentro. Para la segunda tortilla volver a echar una pizca de aceite a la sartén.
