Salada de Feijão Frade e Atum

Salada fria, para 2 pessoas, fácil e rápida de preparar.

Directions

  1. Coza o ovo durante 7 minutos. Depois de cozido descasque e corte em pedaços.
  2. Numa taça, junte o feijão frade, a cebola, o alho e a salsa e envolva tudo. Adicione o atum e tempere com sal, pimenta e vinagre e mexa tudo muito bem.
  3. Coloque o preparado numa travessa e espalhe o ovo cortado por cima da salada. Leve ao frigorífico e sirva bem fresca.
