Crumble Léger aux Pommes

Recette crumble aux pommes allégée. Super bon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffez votre four à 180° et beurrez un moule. Pelez les pommes et coupez-les en fines lamelles avant de les coucher dans le moule puis de les saupoudrer de cannelle.
  2. Mélangez la Maïzena avec le sucre et le sel puis travaillez l'ensemble avec le beurre coupé en cubes.
  3. Étalez uniformément la pâte ainsi obtenue sur les pommes et enfournez le crumble durant 20 minutes. Laissez-le dans le four durant 5 minutes après la fin de sa cuisson.
