- Hacher le poulet très fin. Émincer les légumes puis les faire fondre dans une casserole avec l huile, saler et poivrer.
- Ajouter les légumes le fromage au haché de poulet et bien mélanger pour obtenir une farce homogène.
- Couper les feuilles de brick en deux puis former les samoussa en utilisant une cuillère à café de farce.
- Disposer sur une plaque de four et cuire 20 à 25min à 180°C.
