Samoussa Poulet Légumes

Directions

  1. Hacher le poulet très fin. Émincer les légumes puis les faire fondre dans une casserole avec l huile, saler et poivrer.
  2. Ajouter les légumes le fromage au haché de poulet et bien mélanger pour obtenir une farce homogène.
  3. Couper les feuilles de brick en deux puis former les samoussa en utilisant une cuillère à café de farce.
  4. Disposer sur une plaque de four et cuire 20 à 25min à 180°C.
