  1. Помыть огурцы и помидоры. Очистить огурцы от кожуры.
  2. Закинуть в блендер нарезанные помидоры и огурцы, имбирь, налить соевого соуса. Измельчать минут пять. Попробовать. Добавить имбирь или соевый соус, если кажется, что чего-то не хватает.
  3. Продолжить измельчать до однородной массы (иногда требуется больше, чем пятнадцать минут).
