Verrines Cheesecake aux Fruits Rouges

Version sans cuisson du dessert classique au cheesecake.

Directions

  1. Mettre à ramollir la gélatine dans un bol d'eau froide.
  2. Mélanger les fruits rouges avec le sucre et l'édulcorant puis ajouter le fromage blanc.
  3. Fondre le beurre, mixer les biscuits et les mélanger au beurre.
  4. Chauffer le lait et y dissoudre la gélatine après l'avoir égouttée. Verser ce mélange dans l'appareil au fromage blanc en remuant bien.
  5. Verser l'appareil à cheesecake dans des verrines puis repartir dessus l'émietté de biscuits. Mettre au frais minimum 2h.
