Verrines Cheesecake aux Fruits Rouges
Version sans cuisson du dessert classique au cheesecake.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mettre à ramollir la gélatine dans un bol d'eau froide.
- Mélanger les fruits rouges avec le sucre et l'édulcorant puis ajouter le fromage blanc.
- Fondre le beurre, mixer les biscuits et les mélanger au beurre.
- Chauffer le lait et y dissoudre la gélatine après l'avoir égouttée. Verser ce mélange dans l'appareil au fromage blanc en remuant bien.
- Verser l'appareil à cheesecake dans des verrines puis repartir dessus l'émietté de biscuits. Mettre au frais minimum 2h.
