Directions

  1. Взбить яйца с ванилином и рикоттой.
  2. Медленно добавить остальные ингредиенты, кроме сахарной пудры.
  3. Сформировать шарики одинакового размера. Выложить на противень и слегка прижать.
  4. Запекать в разогретой до 175°С духовке 25-30 минут.
  5. Пусть остынет. Посыпать сахарной пудрой и подавать.
