- Vollkornreis nur 20 Min. höchstens kochen da er sonst keinen Biss mehr hat.
- Die Zutaten klein schneiden.
- Mit etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Gurkenwasser würzen. Alles gut mischen und etwas durchziehen lassen.
