Carotte Cake

Gâteau aux carottes rempli d'épices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffer four à 180*C.
  2. Râper les carottes et réduire en poudre le bâton de cannelle, les 2 étoiles d’anis et les amandes.
  3. Dans un récipient mélanger les carottes râpées, la farine, le sucre, les amandes en poudre, la levure chimique, le sel, les épices et les raisins.
  4. Ajouter le fromage blanc, le lait ainsi que l’huile puis mélanger.
  5. Huiler le moule.
  6. Verser le mélange dans le moule et mettre au four 20 à 30 minutes suivant le four.
