Vegan Kıymalı Bezelye Yemeği

Bezelye protein ilaveli bezelye yemeği.

Directions

  1. Zeytinyağı ile soğanlar biber ve sarımsak doğranıp tencerede iyice eritilir.
  2. Bezelye proteinini gececek kadar sıcak su bir kapta suyunu çekmeye bırakılır.
  3. Bezelye proteini tencereye eklenir ve iyice iki üç dakika birlikte kavrulur.
  4. Patates, havuç doğranıp bezelye ile birlikte tencereye eklenir ve bir kaç kez karıştırılır.
  5. Salça, baharatlar, tuz ve bir bardak sıcak su tencereye eklenip pişmeye bırakılır. Yarım saat kadar sonra pişip pişmediği kontrol edilir. Servis edilir.
