Pizza con Base Coliflor

  1. Pre-calentar el horno a 180°C.
  2. Ralla la coliflor. Colóquelo sobre un paño y presione para escurrir el agua.
  3. Transfiera la coliflor a un bol y mezcle con los huevos batidos y el aceite de oliva.
  4. Coloque la mezcla en una bandeja forrada de pergamino y forme una forma rectangular. Hornee en el horno durante 20-30 minutos.
  5. Corta las coberturas en dados.
  6. Sacar la masa del horno y rallar el queso por encima.
  7. Vierta la salsa de tomate sobre el queso y luego agregue los aderezos.
  8. Hornee nuevamente durante 5-10 minutos hasta que el queso se derrita.
