Directions

  1. Haluskan udang.
  2. Haluskan bawang putih garam dan merica.
  3. Parut wortel dan iris kecil-kecil daun bawang.
  4. Masukkan wortel daun bawang telur dan bumbu halus kedalam udang yang telah dihaluskan.
  5. Aduk sampai rata kemudian masukkan tepung tapioka.
  6. Taruh di dalam kulit tahu yang telah di rendam air.
  7. Kukus kurang lebih 10 menit.
