Pan de Pascua sin Azucar

- Remojar al menos por 3 horas las frutas deshidratadas con el ron, agregar escencia de pan de pascua y agua tibia hasta cubrir.
- En un bowl colocar la harina, sal. Otra fuente el agua, café (disolver), agregar el aceite y el agua del remoto de las frutas. Agregar un poco de la harina a las frutas, hasta cubrirlas todas. Lueho agregar los líquidos al bowl con harina, mezclar hasta formar pasta homogénea, agregar luego la fruta remojada y finalmente los polvos de hornear.
- Traspasar la mezcla a un molde 16 CM, aceitado y cubierto con papel mantequilla. Llevar a horno precalentado por 50 minutos a 180 grados. Una vez listo, sacar del horno y enfriar antes de desmoldar.
