Gnocchi di Cavolfiore

Piatto di cavolfiore leggero ma gustoso con pomodori e parmigiano.

Directions

  1. Fare bollire il cavolfiore e farlo asciugare.
  2. Schiacciare con una forchetta il cavolfiore e aggiungere l’uovo e formare piccole palline con le mani.
  3. Mette le palline di cavolfiore nel forno per 10 minuti per lato.
  4. Nel frattempo cuocere la pelata a parte.
  5. A fine cottura di entrambi mettere insieme e fare una spolverata di parmigiano con basilico.
