Poisson cru au Lait de Coco

Du thon blanc mélangé à du lait de coco frais.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper le thon en petits dés. Hacher une moitié d'oignons.
  2. Mélanger le thon, les oignons avec le citron dans un bol. Saler et poivrer à votre goût.
  3. Ajouter le lait de coco et bien mélanger. Possibilité de rajouter des oignons verts découper finement.

Coucou! ce qu'il est excellent de faire c de laisser cuire le poisson dans le citron, puis de l'egoutter.. j'ai aussi utilisé du perroquet à la place du thon, et rajouter des oignons verts, des dés de concombres et des carottes rapées! Dé-li-cieux!!
