Acelga con ricota.

Directions

  1. Freír cebollas picadas sin aceite. Por otro lado hervir la acelga previamente lavada.
  2. Sacar del fuego y mezclar todo con la ricota.
  3. Armar las empanadas en forma de sobrecitos y cocinar a horno mediano por 15 minutos.
