  1. Rebus bayam, parut wortel.
  2. Kocok 1 butir telur, campurkan dengan parutan wortel, bayar rebus.
  3. Tambahkan bumbu penyedap, lalu bisa tambahkan cabai/saus sambal bila suka pedas.
  4. Panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya lalu masak kurang lebih selama 6mnt.
