Bolo de Milho

Directions

  1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 200°C.
  2. Coloque os ovos, o sal, o açúcar, a margarina e o leite e bata no liquidificador por 3 minutos.
  3. Acrescente o cuscuz em flocos, o amido de milho e a água e bata novamente por 3 minutos.
  4. Adicione o fermento em pó e bata mais um pouco.
  5. Despeje a massa na assadeira e leve ao forno por 25 a 30 minutos, ou até dourar de sua preferência.
  6. Deixe esfriar e corte em fatias.
