Ingredients

Directions

  1. Verwijder de zaadjes van de dadels en snij in reepjes.
  2. Hak de noten fijn en plet de koekjes.
  3. Klop de gesmolten en warme boter met suiker en ei. Roer de karamelsiroop erdoor.
  4. Voeg de dadels, koekjes en noten toe.
  5. Doe in een bakvorm en druk goed aan. Laat het even afkoelen en zet het dan minimaal een uur in de koelkast.
  6. Bestrooi met kokos en serveer.
