Cabbage Soup

Light soup with fresh veggies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables.
  2. In a 4 quart dutch oven, sweat onions, green peppers and celery (no fat added) over medium heat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour or until cabbage is cooked as desired.
  4. Eat.
