Jardineira de Soja

Uma jardineira leve, suave, sem gordura, e com a batata substituída.

Directions

  1. Hidratar a soja e reservar.
  2. Numa panela refogar o azeite, a cebola picada, e os alhos picados, até estarem translúcidos, adicionar os cogumelos e deixar saltear também um pouco.
  3. Quando estiverem a ficar sem água refrescar com o vinagre e deixar evaporar mexendo sempre, de seguida adicionar o tomate aos pedaços, o pimento aos cubos, as cenouras as rodelas finas, o alho francês as rodelas, o sal, o louro, a pimenta, e deixar estufar um pouco, para de seguida adicionar a soja bem escorrida.
  4. Se entretanto estiver a ficar sem líquido, adicionar 1 chávena de água.
  5. Deixar cozer durante 10 minutos.
  6. Passados os 10 minutos, adicionar o pimentão, as ervilhas, os chuchus cortados aos cubos e mais 1 chávena de água.
  7. Deixar cozer em lume médio até os chuchus estarem bem cozidas.
