Куриная печень тушеная на луковой подушке.

Directions

  1. Печень промыть, очистить от пленок.
  2. В муку вмешать перец и соль.
  3. Печень обвалять в муке, и обжарить на сковородке, не более двух минут на одной стороне. После обжарки печень не должна кровить.
  4. Лук нарезать соломкой, в миске обжать руками и обжарить в большой емкости до мягкого состояния.
  5. Печень выложить на лук, закрыть крышкой и тушить 15 минут.
