Pajalagröt

Nyttig gröt som är bra för trög mage.

Directions

  1. Finhacka plommonen och aprikoserna. Mät upp vattnet och häll i det i en kastrull. Lägg i linfrö, russin, plommon, aprikoser och salt i vattnet och låt stå över natten. När det är dags att laga gröten tillsätt havregryn och havrekli. Koka upp blandningen i 3-5 min och rör konstant. Färdig gröt kan förvaras i kylskåp i en vecka och värmas i portioner i mikrovågsugn.
