Kaşar Peynirli Krep Dürüm

Mısır Unlu yumurtalı kaşarlı krep.

  1. Kaşar Peynirleri 2 cm uzunluğunda dilimleyin. 1 tatlı kaşığı da rendelenmiş ayırın. Maydanozu kıyın. Soğanları (ister yeşil ister kuru) ince doğrayın. Zeytinyağını tavada kızdırıp soğanı yağda çevirin. Soğumaya bırakın.
  2. Yumurta, süt, mısır unu, 1 tatlı kaşığı rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri, maydanoz, tuz ve karabiberi bir kapta çırpın. Soğanı da ekleyip karıştırın.
  3. Tavayı yağlayıp karışımdan 1 kepçe koyup iki taraflı pişirin. Böylece krepleri hazırlayın. Her bir krepin içine 3 dilim kaşar peyniri koyup sarın.
