Bifinhos de Peru com Natas e Cogumelos

Bifinhos de Peru cortados aos cubos com cogumelos com o molho de natas.

  1. Tempere os bifes com sal e pimenta. Numa frigideira, coloque a margarina a derreter. Assim que ela ferver, coloque os bifinhos e deixe-os fritar em lume brando, tenha atenção para que não fiquem secos. Depois de fritos, retire os bifes para um prato.
  2. No resto da margarina que ficou na frigideira, coloque o alho picado e deixe fritar um pouco, depois acrescente os cogumelos bem escorridos e deixe fritar bem. Quando os cogumelos estiverem fritos, junte as natas ao preparado e deixe engrossar.
  3. Por fim junte os bifinhos de cogumelos e as natas. Deixe fritar alguns segundos de cada lado dos bifinhos para ganharem o gosto das natas.
