Салат с Курицей и Фасолью

Сытный белковый салат.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Чеснок очистить, пропустить через пресс. Ломтики хлеба натереть солью и чесноком, нарезать кубиками и подсушить на сковороде без масла.
  2. Куриное филе сварить и нарезать небольшими кусочками. Огурцы нарезать кубиками.
  3. В салатнике смешать куриное филе, фасоль, кукурузу, маринованные огурцы, зелень и чесночные сухарики из хлеба, добавить йогурт, посолить, поперчить, перемешать.
  4. Можно добавить еще нежирный сыр.

Салат неплохой (я поменяла курицу на индейку и сухари из хлеба на ржаные хлебцы), но калорийность рассчитана неправильно. Там примерно 120 ккал на 100 гр
