Leichtes Putengeschnetzeltes mit frischen Pilzen und Reis.

Directions
- Pute und Champignons in Streifen, Zwiebel und Knoblauch in sehr kleine Würfel schneiden. Alles etwa 10 Minuten in wenig Olivenöl anbraten, leicht mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
- Brühe und Milch hinzugeben, etwa 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.
- Reis nach Vorschrift zubereiten. Alles zusammenrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Guten Appetit.
