Não gostei e não recomendo. Tem um gosto horrível de fermento. Mesmo alterando diminuindo a quantidade de fermento, o gosto permanece forte.

Tem que bater o ovo muito bem, eu bati até ficar espumoso. Ficou bom!

Bater todos os ingredientes juntos até ficar um creme, cerca de 1 minuto. Deitar o creme num recipiente com cerca de 10x15cm e levar ao micro-ondas durante 3 minutos. Retirar do micro-ondas, rechear com low carb a gosto e levar á tostadeira ou frigideira até tostar. NOTA: não é preciso colocar gordura na tostadeira ou frigideira.
