Day one of new diet! Just trying to cut back on dr pepper and all other carbonated beverages. watch what i eat and get plenty of exercise! any tips from others would be great! i know portion size is a big thing when trying to losing weight so i went out and bought me a special saucer. i had the chance to design it so i painted on there thoughts to keep me motivated! Wish me luck!
Also, i have heard if you are looking for a good cheap colon cleanse, use 2 tsp. salt to one cup of water. (but stay close to a bathroom for 30 mins or so, you will need it!)
