Started a new job three weeks ago, and am trying to get used to working second and graveyard shifts. There is a lot of pastry and access to chips and cookies... argh.
I tried to start doing a little dancing for exercise today, but this blasted dog decided I was something to play with, and started jumping all over me. A full-grown lab throwing himself on you when you are trying to exercise pretty well means you lose. Someone needs to take him SOON.
Anyhow, I bought Trudie Styler's dancie DVD from Gaiam yesterday. I almost got the yoga, but decided to wait until I am a little more flexible and there is less of me to get in the way before I do that. It has a soundtrack featuring Sting's music, so I know it won't be annoying.
