pra ser a semana após o feriado da Páscoa esta ótimo. desde quarta enfiei o pé na jaca 😢. mas mantive os exercicios 5 dias na semana. até me perguntei se a balança está mesmo certa kkk. veremos na próxima semana a evolução 👐
