I have been working out and actually dropped a dress size. I gained 7 lbs, but I'm much more fit and compact- thanks to muscle. The number on the scale can be deceptive; I weigh more now and look better than when I was 10 pounds lighter. That's why it's so important not to get fixated on a number.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
